There were only two holes left in the walls, where the medicine cabinets will be installed (the old one is going back into the original bathroom). We made a peanut jar time capsule with photographs of the family and the house before and during the addition project. I have no idea how long the digital prints will survive.
We found moulding and baseboards to replace what was in the house. For once, we will have a consistent look throughout the original portion. The door casing matches the 1953 casing; the baseboard is 1/4" shorter.
